Position Type: Full-time

Job Summary:We are looking for friendly and hardworking team members to join our cafe in Bangalore. You will help serve customers, take orders, take orders on phone and process on our system, serve cakes and drinks, and make teas and coffees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and help them with orders
• Take orders correctly at the counter or on the phone
• Suggest cakes, desserts, and drinks to customers
• Make teas and coffees (training will be provided)
• Serve items neatly and with care
• Use the billing system and computer for order entry and payments
• Keep the counter and work area clean and tidy
• Restock items and assist with daily shop tasks
• Handle customer queries politely and solve basic concerns
• Help with special orders and customized orders (training will be provided)
• Enter usage of petty cash and daily sales in cash

Requirements:

• Basic English speaking and understanding
• Friendly and good with people
• Basic computer skills (typing, billing, using order system)
• Able to work in a team
• Willing to learn and take feedback
• Clean and neat personal appearance
• Prior experience in food or retail service is a plus (but not required)
