Crew Member – Job Roles & Responsibilities (Baskin Robbins)

1. Customer ServiceGreet customers warmly and take orders accurately

• Explain ice cream flavors, toppings, and ongoing offers
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints politely
• Ensure fast and friendly service at all times

2. Ice Cream Scooping & Product HandlingScoop ice creams as per brand portion standards

• Prepare sundaes, milkshakes, ice cream cakes, and beverages
• Follow proper food handling and temperature control guidelines
• Avoid cross-contamination and maintain product freshness

3. Billing & Cash HandlingOperate POS system correctly

• Collect payments (cash / card / UPI) accurately
• Maintain billing accuracy and avoid shortages or excess cash

4. Store Hygiene & CleanlinessKeep counters, freezers, and display areas clean

• Follow FSSAI hygiene and safety standards
• Perform regular cleaning schedules (opening, mid-shift, closing)

5. Inventory & Stock HandlingAssist in stock receiving and proper storage (FIFO method)

• Report low stock or damaged items to the supervisor
• Handle cones, cups, toppings, and packaging properly

6. Brand Standards & ComplianceFollow Baskin Robbins SOPs and grooming standards

• Wear uniform and maintain personal hygiene
• Adhere to food safety, safety, and operational guidelines

7. Teamwork & Store OperationsSupport team members during peak hours

• Follow shift schedules and manager instructions
• Assist in opening and closing duties when assigned
