Location: Bangalore (BTM Stage 1 Layout)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Technical Executive (Electrical & HVAC) to manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of facility infrastructure. The role involves hands-on responsibility for electrical systems (HT/LT) and HVAC VRF/VRV systems, ensuring uninterrupted operations and timely troubleshooting. The incumbent will play a key role in preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and coordination with internal teams and vendors to maintain high service standards across the facility.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of facility electrical and HVAC systems.
• Handle HT/LT panels, distribution boards, and ensure uninterrupted power supply.
• Oversee DG set operations, fuel management, and scheduled servicing.
• Maintain and monitor UPS systems to ensure 100% uptime for critical operations.
• Act as the key technical expert for HVAC VRF/VRV systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for all electrical and HVAC equipment.
• Ensure proper functioning of facility systems such as Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, PA systems, and water pumps.
• Prepare and manage technician duty rosters to ensure site coverage.
• Maintain log books, daily reports, and track weekly/monthly PM schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely issue resolution and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 4-7 years of experience in facility operations and maintenance
• Strong hands-on experience with HT/LT panels, DG sets, and UPS systems
• Proven expertise in HVAC VRF/VRV systems (troubleshooting & maintenance)
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and safety standards
• Ability to manage technicians, vendors, and site documentation
