Technical Operations Lead – IT Rentals & Support

Role Summary:

Guru Goutam Infotech is looking for a hands-on

Technical Operations Head who can take complete charge of our rental and IT support operations. This role demands leadership, accountability, and the ability to drive results through a team. If you can own problems end-to-end and deliver solutions without excuses, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end technical operations for computer rental services with full accountability.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all technical issues, escalations, and final resolutions.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor team tasks to ensure timely and SLA-compliant service delivery.
• Manage customer escalations effectively to ensure high service satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Coordinate with vendors and service partners for procurement, repairs, replacements, and turnaround timelines.
• Oversee installation, deployment, maintenance, and replacement of rental systems at client locations.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex hardware and software issues through hands-on involvement.
• Analyze recurring issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, service calls, and operational performance metrics.
• Proactively identify operational risks and take corrective actions with minimal dependency on escalation.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in IT support or IT infrastructure services.
• Proven track record in leading and managing a technical support or field operations team.
• Strong hands-on expertise in desktop/laptop hardware, Windows OS, and field-level troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated capability in handling customer escalations and vendor coordination.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage end-to-end operations independently.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and execution capabilities.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• Sunday: Weekly Off
