Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


1. Technical SalesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and manufacturing sectors

  • Promote company products (Aluminium profiles, T-nuts, accessories, etc.) to potential clients
  • Understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable product solutions
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
  • Generate enquiries, quotations, and follow up for order closures
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize sales agreements
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets


2. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

  • Conduct regular client visits and site meetings
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business


3. Market Development & StrategyConduct market research and competitor analysis

  • Identify new industries, applications, and market segments
  • Support in pricing strategy and product positioning
  • Suggest new product development based on market demand


4. Marketing ActivitiesCoordinate with marketing team for promotional activities (exhibitions, digital marketing, brochures, etc.)

  • Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and client events
  • Support branding and lead generation campaigns
  • Maintain and update customer database and CRM


5. Internal CoordinationCoordinate with production, design, and purchase teams for order execution

  • Ensure timely delivery and alignment with customer requirements
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Maintain proper documentation of sales activities


Requirements / QualificationsEducational QualificationBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering

  • Mechanical Engineer
  • Experience0–1 years of experience in Technical Sales / Industrial Sales
  • Experience in aluminium profiles, automation, or industrial products is an added advantage
  • Skills RequiredStrong technical understanding and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle B2B sales and industrial clients
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic reporting
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings
  • Personal AttributesTarget-oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional attitude and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
