Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Techno-Commercial Sales Executive with experience in selling Identity & Access Management (IAM) or SSO solutions (such as Okta, Ping, or Azure AD) to enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with commercial acumen to drive solution adoption across large and strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

 Own the sales cycle for enterprise accounts – from lead generation and qualification to closure – for IAM, SSO, and Zero Trust security solutions.  Identify, target, and develop strategic relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and IT decision-makers within large enterprises.  Conduct consultative discovery sessions to understand enterprise security pain points and propose tailored IAM solutions.  Prepare and deliver customized product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements in collaboration with technical teams.  Lead proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations aligned with enterprise procurement processes.Work closely with OEMs (e.g., Okta, Microsoft, Ping) and channel partners to build go-to market strategies and co-sell motions.  Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and provide regular reporting to leadership.  Stay informed on industry trends, compliance mandates (GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.), and competitive landscape to guide customer conversations. Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.  8 -10 years of B2B sales experience focused on IAM, SSO, Cybersecurity, or SaaS products, with at least 1 year handling enterprise accounts.  Working knowledge of IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, or Duo.  Strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  Experience navigating enterprise buying cycles, including procurement, infosec evaluations, and multi-stakeholder decision-making.  Excellent communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.  Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset.
