1. Provide support through calls, emails & tickets

2. Troubleshoot & analyze technical issues

3. Work on data mining, reporting & optimization projects

4. Collaborate with L2 teams for escalations

5. Support BMS, HVAC, and energy-related operations

6. Work in dynamic shifts as required
