Role Overview

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will assist them with product usage, resolve queries, handle complaints, and ensure a smooth experience across our communication platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat queries from customers.
  • Provide accurate information regarding our products and services (SMS, WhatsApp API, etc.).
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Guide clients through product features, activations, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality support.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for escalated issues and follow up until resolution.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and recurring issues.
  • Contribute to process improvements and FAQs to reduce repetitive queries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 0–6 Months of experience in Customer Support / Technical Support / BPO / SaaS company.
  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi required; knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
  • Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and empathy.
  • Basic knowledge of IT / software / CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
