About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who can act as a bridge between customers, product, and engineering teams. This role requires strong analytical thinking, SQL skills, log analysis capability, and cloud system understanding.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Investigate and resolve production issues using SQL queries and logs
• Write and optimize SQL queries (Redshift/Aurora/MySQL)
• Analyze AWS CloudWatch logs for debugging
• Work with OpenSearch / Elasticsearch for log analysis
• Handle L2/L3 support issues and escalations
• Communicate technical findings clearly to stakeholders
• Debug third-party integrations (payments, telephony, tracking)
• Maintain documentation and troubleshooting guides

Required Skills:

• Strong SQL querying skills
• Understanding of databases (Redshift, MySQL, Aurora)
• Experience with CloudWatch and log analysis
• Knowledge of OpenSearch / Elasticsearch
• API debugging and system understanding

Good to Have:   

• Experience with AWS ecosystem
• Monitoring tools (New Relic, Sentry)
• Understanding of marketplace/logistics systems
• JSON parsing and analytics tools

• Good communication (English & Hindi)
• Ownership mindset

Qualifications:

Graduate in Engineering / Computer Science with 2–4 years of experience in Technical or Production Support roles.

Work Timings

Flexible shifts: 9 AM – 6 PM or 12 PM – 9 PM
