Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot software issues and resolve customer queries through phone, email, or onsite visits.

Train clients on software usage and best practices.

Collaborate with the development team for escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain client relationships by offering excellent post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Familiarity with common software systems and technical troubleshooting.
