Job Description
Role Overview
We’re looking for an Associate Support Engineer – Voice who will interact directly with gyms to guide them through the onboarding process, explain product features, verify required details, and ensure a smooth transition onto the Fittbot platform.
This role revolves around voice communication, customer coordination, and operational support—with responsibilities spanning inbound & outbound calls, query handling, follow-ups, and helping gym owners complete their account setup (including banking information and registration details).
You’ll be a key part of our customer success pipeline, ensuring partners feel supported, informed, and confident using our platform.
Key Responsibilities
•
Reach out to gyms via outbound calls to explain the Fittbot Business app, onboarding steps, benefits, and documentation requirements.
•
Handle inbound calls from gym owners, addressing product-related queries and support requests.
•
Assist gyms through the entire onboarding journey, including:
o
Account registration
o
Gathering and verifying bank details
o
Agreement confirmation and documentation
o
Activation on the platform
•
Follow up with leads and partners to ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks.
•
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, product support) when required.
•
Maintain records of conversations, onboarding status, and customer updates using CRM or internal tools.
•
Build a positive relationship and create trust with gym partners through clear, professional communication.
•
Provide basic product education and help gyms understand how to use the features effectively.
•
Support additional client-coordination activities as required by the team (generic customer success or operational tasks).
Required Skills & Qualifications
•
Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada languages —any additional language is a plus.
•
Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls confidently and professionally.
•
Good listening skills and customer-centric approach.
•
Basic understanding of mobile apps and ability to explain features to non-technical users.
•
Comfortable working with documentation, data entry, and basic record management.
•
Ability to multitask, manage follow-ups, and maintain timely communication.
•
Positive attitude, patience, and good problem-solving abilities.
•
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or onboarding roles is a bonus but not mandatory.
Preferred (Good to Have)
•
Experience in customer onboarding or voice-based support roles.
•
Familiarity with CRM tools or support systems.
•
Prior exposure to fitness industry clients or service onboarding roles.
