Job Title: Technical Team Manager

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

Experience: 5–10 years Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month (CTC, based on experience)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Candidate Preference: Candidates residing within 12 km of Koramangala (for on-site roles)

● Lead and mentor backend engineers; support career growth

● Drive product quality through hands-on code, design, and test reviews

● Debug and manage distributed systems

● Build systems focused on performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency

● Define technical roadmap to improve release velocity and reliability

● Design and maintain scalable applications

● Architect solutions using Ruby on Rails, React, and AWS

● Ensure timely delivery and high-quality code

● Oversee integration of databases, APIs, and queuing systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field

● 8+ years in software development, 3+ years in technical leadership

● Experience building SaaS platforms

● Strong knowledge of distributed systems and system architecture

● Experience with secure, highly available, high-performance systems

● Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, C++, or Ruby on Rails

● Strong experience with AWS, microservices, and scalable architectures

● Exposure to open-source, Java, or Microsoft technologies is a plus

● Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
