Technician

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Technician to join our agriculture machinery business. The candidate will be responsible for assembling small agricultural machinery, performing repairs, conducting field demonstrations for customers, and providing basic after-sales technical support. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble small and medium agricultural machinery as per company guidelines.
• Diagnose and repair machinery issues (mechanical, electrical, and basic hydraulic).
• Visit customer fields for machinery installation, demonstration, and troubleshooting.
• Perform periodic maintenance and service.
• Maintain service reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer support.
• Educate farmers and operators on proper usage and maintenance of equipment.
• Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• ITI (Fitter / Mechanic / Electrical / Diesel Mechanic) OR
• 10th Pass OR
• PUC 1st or 2nd year (Science / Commerce / Arts)
• Must have interest in learning new machinery and technologies.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components (training provided).
• Willingness to travel to customer locations and fields.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.

Preferred Skills (Not mandatory but an advantage)

• Experience in farm equipment, automotive service, or machinery assembly.
• Two-wheeler driving license.
• Knowledge of rural/agriculture customers.
