Job Description
- Responsible for Maintaining the TAT of R&M tickets at best.
- MEPs have to maintain the materials data like Inhouse store stock and Used materials stock without any deviation.
- Should Reduce the vendor dependency on ground by using technical knowledge without affecting CSAT score.
- Carry out project activities as directed by the Managers/Associate Managers and adhere to Risk Assessments and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Carry out the PPM, Reactive and corrective maintenance of MEP asset such as ( Split ac,MDB,SMDB,DB,LCP, Generator,Booster pumps,Sump pumps.
- Able to resolve Basic AC complaints.
- Installing, inspecting, maintaining and repairing plumbing system, water tank, pump Etc.
- Diagnose leakage and blockage,understanding the drainage and water supply system.
- Installation knowledge on Geysers,UPS and Inverters etc.
- Minor carpentry work, Repairing door and window alignments, and Replacing the door lock sets and latches.
- Filling the checklist (PPM,RM)
- Participate in emergency on-call service during non-working hours, weekends and public holidays
