Technician

Perform structural assembly of aircraft components using jigs, fixtures, and templates

Carry out drilling, tapping, countersinking, riveting, and fastening operations

Install aerospace fasteners such as rivets, bolts, and hi-loks

Read and interpret 2D drawings, 3D models (CATIA), and Technical Orders (TOs)

Use tools like pneumatic drills, rivet guns, bucking bars

Apply sealants and corrosion protection materials as per process standards

Conduct self-inspection to meet AS9100 quality standards

Handle materials safely and maintain workplace discipline

Perform tool calibration and maintenance (torque wrench, micrometer, vernier caliper)

Work in confined spaces with high precision

Collaborate with team to meet production targets and takt time
