Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking for tele callers to call prospects and setup appointment for B2B SaaS product demo. The primary responsibility of this role is to call warm and cold leads to schedule product demos. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English and prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment.


Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads to schedule product demos.

- Clearly and concisely explain the features and benefits of our SaaS product to potential clients.

- Engage with prospects to generate interest and secure demo appointments.

- Record and manage all client interactions and updates in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of scheduled demos.

- Follow up with prospects post-call to confirm appointments and address any additional question 

- Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams based on interactions with leads.


Requirements


- Prior experience in a B2B calling role, preferably within the SaaS industry.

- Mandatory required to have Laptop and Wifi connection. 

- 20-25 calls per hour or 20 minutes talk time. 

- Expected conversion rate - 5-10%

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.

- Ability to build rapport quickly and engage with a variety of business professionals.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
