Role Synopsis
DIGI TJS is seeking articulate, performance-centric professionals to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing Division as Tele Relationship Managers (TRMs). This role demands strategic engagement, persuasive communication, and the ability to cultivate enduring financial relationships with a refined clientele base.
The incumbent shall act as a pivotal link between the company and its prospective customersadvising clients on bespoke financial and insurance solutions while exemplifying integrity, professionalism, and customer-centric excellence.
Principal Responsibilities
- Conduct insightful teleconsultations to elucidate plan features, premium structures, and long-term value propositions tailored to client aspirations.
- Foster and sustain robust, trust-based relationships through proactive follow-ups, empathetic communication, and consultative selling techniques.
- Maintain impeccable documentation across all client interactions within the companys CRM framework.
- Exercise persuasive negotiation skills and demonstrate composure in handling objections, ensuring seamless closure of sales with client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with team leaders to align individual performance with organizational sales targets.
- Uphold company policies with utmost diligencespecifically pertaining to pricing integrity and discount governance.

Employment Benefits

- Code of Ethics: Any breach of decorum, misrepresentation, or disruption to the organizational environment shall prompt immediate disciplinary action.
