- Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers for Personal Loans (Salaried Segment)
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, documentation, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and loan disbursement
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal databases
- Coordinate with sales teams, dealer partners, and backend operations for successful closures
- Handle customer queries, objections, and escalations professionally
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Stay updated on company policies, product features, and market trends
