The ideal candidate will have a background in product sales (loans, credit cards, health/life insurance, real estate, or similar domains) and a strong drive to achieve targets in a fast-paced telesales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

 Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups

 Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the sales cycle

Candidate Requirements:

 Education: Undergraduate or Graduate

 Experience: o Minimum 6 months of sales experience in any of the following domains:

 Insurance (Health/Life/General)

 Loans

 Credit Cards

 Real Estate

 BPO Sales

 Any other product sales o Prior experience in companies like Policybazaar, Insurance Dekho, Policy Boss, Coverfox is a plus

 Skills: Fluent to average English communication Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven Comfortable working in a target-oriented role
