Job SummaryIslamicly is looking for Tele Sales Executive – ULIP Insurance to drive sales through outbound and inbound calls. The role focuses on understanding customer financial goals, explaining ULIP insurance products clearly and ethically, and closing sales in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound/inbound sales calls to prospective customers

• Promote and sell ULIP insurance products to eligible customers
• 
  
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable ULIP plans
• 
  
• Explain product features, benefits, charges, risks, and lock-in periods transparently
• 
  
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales
• 
  
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems
• 
  
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• 
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and policy issuance
• 
  
• Ensure strict adherence to IRDAI guidelines and Islamicly’s compliance standards
• 
  
• Handle customer objections professionally and build trust-based relationships

• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline
• 
  
• 1+ year experience in tele sales of insurance - Retail (ULIP experience Mandatory)
• 
  
• Strong communication and persuasion skills (English mandatory; regional languages preferred)
• 
  
• Good understanding of insurance products
• 
  
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude

• Comfortable working from office in Bangalore

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools

• Preferred SkillsPrior experience in Life Insurance Tele Sales
