Job Description:

 Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how MicroDegree can catalyze their career.

 Looking entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well-qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrolment in the program

 Counseling the prospects via call, email, or in-person on which course will be useful to their career progression and suggest the best options

 Creating and maintaining the status of current and potential customers in CRM.

Key Requirements Experience: Minimum 1yr of experience in tale-sales /Academic Counsellor/Career Counsellor (B2C in Ed-Tech preferred)

Skills: Expertise in tale-sales strategies, Ability to solve complex challenges and make strategic decisions effectively.

Salary: Upto 3.5LPA
