Telecaller

We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, and client follow-ups. If you have good communication skills and a passion for sales, we want you on board!

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain services.
• Maintain a daily calling target and ensure high conversion.
• Record customer details and update sheets.
• Follow up with leads to ensure closure.

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

• Freshers & Experienced both can apply.
• Languages: Fluent in Kannada.
• Strong communication & convincing skills.
• Must be target-oriented and a quick learner.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel will be an added plus.

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

⏰ Work Timing:

• Day Shift – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Sunday fixed off).
