Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contact customers, explain our products/services, and generate leads or bookings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain products/services clearly and confidently
• Generate leads, appointments, or sales
• Maintain call records and customer details
• Follow up with interested customers
• Handle customer queries politely

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (local language + basic English)
• Ability to convince and build customer interest
• Basic knowledge of mobile/CRM usage
• Positive attitude and patience

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior telecalling or sales experience
• Experience in service-based or app-related products
