Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/database.
• Explain property features, pricing, location benefits, and ongoing offers.
• Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable projects.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
• Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM system.
• Handle inbound inquiries from digital platforms and campaigns.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
