Job Title: Career Counselor / Tele Sales

Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Career Counselor / Tele Sales Executive to guide students in choosing the right academic programs and convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.

• Key Responsibilities:Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, and career options
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions
• Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Explain course details, fees structure, and admission procedures
• Maintain and update student database (CRM)
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Build strong relationships with students and parents
• Coordinate with the admission team for smooth enrollment process
• Required Skills:Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi/Kannada preferred)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of education/courses (Engineering, Medical, etc.)
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Qualifications:Any Graduate (Freshers can apply)
• Experience in tele sales / education counseling is an added advantage
