Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our furniture manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining our furniture products, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers, dealers, architects, and interior designers.
• Introduce and explain the company’s furniture products and services.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through tele-calling.
• Follow up on inquiries received through website, social media, or marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
• Schedule meetings or product presentations for the sales team.
• Handle customer queries and provide product information.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and production team regarding customer requirements.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and follow up for repeat business.
