Job Description
We are looking for energetic Telecallers to handle customer calls and generate site visit appointments for our DTCP approved residential plots.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Call customers from company-provided data
- Explain project details (location, price, offers)
- Identify interested customers
- Fix site visit appointments and confirm timing
- Follow up with customers till visit
- Maintain basic call & visit records
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Confidence to talk to customers
- Basic mobile & WhatsApp usage
- Interest in sales & real estate
