Telecaller

We are looking for a skilled Telecaller to join our team and drive sales growth through outbound and inbound calls. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for selling Catalant services to potential clients, answering queries, and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential client
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queriery
• Provide customer support and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Meet productivity and quality targets

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Prior experience in telesales or customer support
• Good knowledge of the industry and competitors
