Job Summary:

We are hiring Telecallers for a leading insurance company in Bangalore. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining insurance products, and generating leads/sales through outbound calls.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers.Explain insurance products and benefits clearly.Generate leads and convert them into sales.Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.Follow up with interested customers.Achieve daily and monthly targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

-Graduate (mandatory).

-Freshers can apply.

-Candidates with minimum 6 months BPO/telecalling experience

- Preferred Kannada speaking is mandatory.

-Good communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary up to ₹30,000 per month (for experienced candidates).
