About the Role Acarus Realty Pvt Ltd is seeking dynamic and result-driven Tele caller candidates to join our growing team in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity for fresher’s or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in tele calling who are passionate about communication, sales, and customer engagement.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our products through various communication channels. Your goal will be to drive business growth while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities  Promote and pitch products to clients via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages  Understand client needs and align them with suitable property options or company offerings  Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client communications  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction  Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales and outreach targets Requirements  0–1 year of experience in tele calling or a similar customer-facing role  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus, but not mandatory)  Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented  Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, messaging apps, and CRM tools (if any)  Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
