Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling incoming inquiries, and converting leads into successful sales or service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

   Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products or services.

   Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.

   Maintain a record of calls and customer information in the database.

   Follow up with prospects and ensure customer satisfaction.

   Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the manager.

   Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.

   Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

   High school diploma or equivalent; graduation preferred.

   Proven experience as telecaller or similar customer service/sales role (preferred).

   Excellent communication skills in [insert relevant languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].

   Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.

   Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

   Good interpersonal and persuasive skills.
