Job Summary:We are looking for a pleasant and professional Telecaller to handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with existing patients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a patient-friendly attitude, and prior experience in telecalling within a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setup.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to book, confirm, or reschedule patient appointments.
  • Provide information about clinic services, treatments, and offers to new and existing patients.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and update the CRM or appointment system.
  • Follow up with patients for feedback, reminders, and upcoming treatment plans.
  • Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional tone in all communication.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Requirements:Minimum 1 year of telecalling or front office experience, preferably in a dental clinic or healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and local language).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or clinic management software).
  • Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

  • Support administrative tasks such as customer documentation, appointment scheduling, and data entry.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Assist in coordinating test drives and customer handovers.
  • Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in a telecalling, front office, or customer service role (automobile experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
