Telecaller / Tele Sales ExecutiveJob DescriptionA Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls and handling inbound calls to interact with potential and existing customers. The role focuses on generating leads, promoting and selling products or services, providing accurate information, and offering customer support. Telecallers play a key role in building strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales and service targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Explain products and services clearly and persuasively
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in CRM systems
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
• Build long-term relationships with customers through effective communication
• Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage
• Ability to handle pressure, objections, and sales targets
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
• ExperienceFreshers or candidates with prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support are welcome
