Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, confident, and articulate Telecaller to manage outbound and/or inbound calls, generate quality leads, promote our products/services, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong persuasive ability, and the competence to handle objections professionally.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve queries.
• Explain products or services clearly and convincingly to prospects.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures.
