We are looking for a polite and confident Female Telecaller to join Sairaga Tourism. Your role will be to handle customer inquiries, explain our tour packages, and support the sales team with follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Explain tour packages and services clearly
- Handle inquiries and share complete information
- Maintain call records and follow-up details
- Assist customers with booking and basic support
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Prior tele calling or customer service experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
