Telesales

Role Objective:

To drive business growth through a mix of high-volume cold calling and rapid inbound lead qualification. This role is the "front line" of our sales engine.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Proactive Outbound (Cold Calling): Identify and call potential B2B clients, dealers, and industries from provided databases. Introduce our product range and identify "pain points" we can solve.

​Inbound Qualification: Act as the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries. Use a discovery checklist 

to screen for volume and technical needs.

​Lead Routing: Hand over high-potential, technical, or large-scale B2B requirements to the Inside Sales team.

​Database Management: Clean and update the CRM daily. Ensure no lead is left "cold" for more than 15 minutes.

​Appointment Setting: When a lead is high-value but needs a face-to-face or deep technical dive, coordinate the schedule for Inside Sales or Regional Managers.

​Ideal Candidate Profile:

​The "Hunter" Mindset: Someone who is energized by the "chase" of a cold call and isn't deterred by rejection.

​Communication: Persuasive, clear, and professional. Ability to build rapport in the first 30 seconds of a call.

​Language:

1 candidate English, Hindi & kannada 

1 candidate English & tamil

​Experience: Prior experience in B2B telesales or outbound business development is a plus.
