Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our interior design services.

Follow up on leads generated through social media, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns.

Understand customer requirements (property type, budget, timeline, etc.).

Explain company services and benefits clearly and confidently.

Schedule appointments/site visits for the design team.

Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM/Excel.

Follow up regularly to convert prospects into confirmed clients.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and appointments.
