Languages Required: English and Hindi or Malayalam

Salary: 17k to 24k take Home & CTC more than that+ 10k to 15k incentives

6 working days & 1 rotational week off

About Company:

It is an Instant Personal Loan platform for self-employed and salaried professionals, where they can apply for a Personal Loan starting from 3,000 up to 5 Lakhs as per their requirement. It is an online platform facilitating loan transactions between banks/NBFCs and borrowrs. The personal loan interest rates available through the platform starts from 12.25% p.a. for loan amounts of up to Rs 4 lakh and for tenures of up to 2 years. The RBI has approved and certified as a non-banking financial institution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to customers with overdue payments
• Remind customers about pending EMIs, credit card dues, or loan payments
• Convince customers to make timely payments
• Negotiate payment dates or settlement plans as per company policy
• Listen to customer concerns regarding billing or loan issues

Skills:

• Clear and confident speaking skills.
• Ability to explain dues, penalties, and payment options properly.
• Good listening skills to understand customer situations
• Professional and polite tone, even with difficult customers.
• Understanding of loan/credit card recovery process.
