Telecaller

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers for our Voice Process team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining products or services, resolving customer queries, and achieving performance targets while maintaining high service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for sales, lead generation, follow-ups, or surveys.
• Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM/software.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
• Follow company scripts and quality guidelines.
• Escalate complex queries to the concerned department when required.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
• Good verbal communication skills (Hindi/English/ Two South language).
• Clear voice and good pronunciation.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required).
• Experience in voice process/BPO preferred (Graduate Freshers can apply).
