Telecaller

We are looking for a Female Telecaller to handle cold calling, follow-ups, and client queries for our real estate projects (villas, villa plots, farmlands). Must be fluent in English and Kannada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce our projects.

• Follow up with leads to convert them into clients.

• Answer queries about properties, pricing, and amenities.

• Maintain CRM records of calls, client info, and lead status.

• Coordinate with sales/marketing teams for better client engagement.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English & Kannada (MUST)

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Confident in cold calling and handling objections.

• Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus.

• Good organizational skills and CRM familiarity preferred.

Targets: Achieve daily/weekly call and lead conversion goals.
