Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Location: Malleshwaram

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for real estate projects.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries regarding properties.
• Explain project details such as location, pricing, amenities, and offers.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer data and call records regularly.
• Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into site visits or sales.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Prior telecalling or real estate experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (local language preferred).
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools is a plus.

Working Hours: Full-Time
