About the RoleWe’re looking for empathetic yet persuasive telecallers to join our Loan Collections team. You’ll connect with customers, help them clear overdue payments, and ensure compliance with RBI & NHB guidelines — all while keeping conversations professional and respectful.

What You’ll Do📞

• Call customers with overdue loans and explain pending dues
• 🤝 Negotiate repayment plans that work for both sides
• 📝 Record all interactions, commitments, and follow-ups
• ❓ Handle customer queries on payments or account issues
• 🔗 Escalate complex cases to field recovery / compliance teams
• ✅ Always follow ethical and regulatory recovery practices

What We’re Looking For

• 🌐 Languages: Fluent Kannada + basic English (Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam is a plus)
• 🗣️ Strong communication & negotiation skills
• 💡 Empathy + firmness in sensitive conversations
• 🎯 Experience in debt recovery / call center / financial services (preferred)
• Qualification & Experience🎓 Education: PUC / Diploma / Graduate / PG
• ⏳ 6 months – 1 year in Loan Collections / Recovery telecalling (advantage, not mandatory)
