Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries effectively.
• Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures.
