Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are hiring Telecallers to join our admissions promotion team at Magnum Technologies. The role involves making outbound calls to students, promoting our partnered universities and colleges, explaining courses, and supporting the admission process. This is a performance-based role with attractive incentives for successful admissions.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads
• Explain courses, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures clearly
• Promote admissions for 10+ partnered colleges and universities
• Follow up with interested candidates and guide them through enrollment
• Maintain accurate call records and update lead status
• Achieve daily/weekly call and admission targets
• Coordinate with internal team for admission conversions
• Build strong student relationships to improve conversion rates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Ability to confidently handle phone conversations
• Basic understanding of education admissions (training will provide)
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge is an advantage
• Minimum qualification: 10th/ PUC / Diploma / Any Degree

Experience:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or education counseling is preferred

Work Details:

• Full-time role
• Office-based work (or hybrid if applicable)
• 6 working days per week
