Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated BPO Executive to handle customer interactions through calls, emails, or chat. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.
• Meet daily and monthly performance and quality targets.
• Follow company processes and customer service standards.
• RequirementsAny Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
• Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
• Preferred SkillsPrevious experience in BPO / Customer Support / Call Center.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
