About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and confident female Telecaller to manage admission-related inquiries for our school. The role involves calling all leads generated, following up consistently, and convincing parents to visit the school for a campus tour and admission discussion.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall all incoming leads on time and maintain timely follow-ups.
• Provide clear information about the school, facilities, curriculum, and admission process.
• Convince parents to book and attend a school visit.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with the admissions office for scheduled visits.
• RequirementsFemale candidates only.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and a pleasant speaking tone.
• Ability to handle parents’ queries politely and professionally.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM updates.
• Prior experience in telecalling or school admission preferred (not mandatory)
