Telecaller

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, presenting our products or services, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate is persuasive, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

• Contact potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.

Sales Target Achievement:

• Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Product Knowledge:

• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products/services.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.

Customer Interaction:

• Address customer inquiries and objections effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

Data Management:

• Record customer details and interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to the management team.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet organizational goals.
