Job Title: Telecaller – Dhani PropertiesLocation: Bengaluru
Work Type: Full-time
Industry: Real Estate (A Khata, DC Converted & DTCP Approved Plots)
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain our property projects.
- Generate leads, fix site visits, and follow up regularly to convert prospects.
- Maintain customer data, update CRM, and coordinate with the sales team.
- Understand customer needs and share project details professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi/Telugu (preferred).
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is an advantage (freshers also welcome).
- Positive attitude, confidence, and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow processes.
