Telecaller

Job Description: A Sales / Tele sales Executive is responsible for contacting potential customers by phone to promote and sell company products or services. The role focuses on building customer interest, explaining offers, and closing sales while providing good customer service.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound and inbound calls to customers
• Promote company products or services clearly and confidently
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities
• Follow up with interested customers
• Handle customer questions and provide correct information
• Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude
• Job Requirements:Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, CRM systems)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong listening and persuasion skills
• Sales experience is an advantage, but fresh candidates can apply
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Professional behavior and time management skills
