Job Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Contacting customers regarding overdue loans, credit cards, or invoices.
• Negotiation: Reaching payment arrangements, such as settlements or EMI plans, tailored to the customer's financial situation.
• Record Keeping: Updating account information in CRM systems with call outcomes, payment promises, and notes.
• Targets: Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly collection goals.
• Compliance: Adhering to legal, ethical, and company-specific debt collection guidelines.
• Customer Service: Addressing queries, disputes, and providing payment options politely and professionally.
• Follow-Up: Reminding customers of missed payments or upcoming due dates
